Barnes 4wd differential Dana 30/35/50/60/70 covers are laser cut and formed in a state of the art CNC press brake, fabricated from 3/8" US Steel and Barnes GUARANTEES THEM FOR LIFE.
All covers are fully welded and machined flat and the threaded fill bung is TIG welded in place and the fill plug uses a 9/16 allen wrench. These covers are made to withstand the harshest conditions.
Like all Barnes 4WD products they are made in the USA.

Dana 44 Ultra 100 Differential Cover Description:
The Barnes 4WD Dana 44 heavy duty cover is one of the strongest and lightest covers on the market. The old way of thinking was to make a differential cover out of the thickest material possible, we have turned that idea on its head with our Dana 44 cover. We manufacture these covers from our 1/4" thick Ultra 100 steel, so even though they are thinner than other covers on the market they are still stronger. We are so confident in the strength of this cover that we offer a full replacement lifetime warranty. All covers are fully welded and machined flat, the threaded fill bung is TIG welded in place and the fill plug uses a 9/16 allen wrench. So if you are looking to save weight and have a cover that can handle all of the abuse that you can throw at it our Dana 44 cover is for you! 14 Bolt Shave Cover Description:
The 14 bolt is a great axle, they are inexpensive, strong, easy to find and affordable to build. However they have always had one down fall, the huge lip on the bottom that gets hung on ever thing on the trail. Barnes 4WD has come up with a solution to this issue, our GM 14 Bolt 3/8" Shave Cover. This cover will give you more than 1 1/4" of ground clearance, there is no need to have your gears turned or perform complicated welding or machining processes that only add more cost to your axle build. All that is required is to bolt the diff cover to your axle and cut off the extra lip. This can be done with simple tools, you can do it yourself and we GUARANTEE THEM FOR LIFE! Like all of our diff covers they are made from 3/8" plate and machined flat after they are welded to insure that you will have a flat surface for proper sealing to your axle. Mounting hardware is included.
